Characteristics:
Ruby red with intense highlights. A full, fragrant bouquet lays out an array of berry fruits, liquorice and coffee. The palate presents a good structure and on the aftertaste there are hints of blueberry and cherry.
Serve with red meats, roasts, poultry and moderately mature cheeses.

Deep ruby red shading into purple. Wafts of spice accompany the strawberry and forest fruits aromatics. Silky extract underpins the beautifully balanced palate’s impressive freshness and outstanding persistence. A structured, full-bodied wine particularly suitable for laying down.
Superb with roasts of white or red meat, game and very mature cheeses.
