CHARDONNAY

12:01 PM - Pinot Bianco

Pale straw yellow with greenish highlights. A wine of seductive elegance that melds fruit-like perceptions with hints of fresh-baked bread. The promise of the bouquet is kept by a well-rounded, long-lingering palate with just the right note of acidity. Excellent with starters if not too much charcuterie is involved. A wine that can be served with main courses, risottos, soups, fish or egg-based dishes and non-tangy cheeses.

PINOT-BIANCO

12:00 PM - Pinot Grigio

In some vintages, the wine’s straw-yellow hue can acquire a hint of onionskin. The distinctive aromatics are redolent of citrus-edged golden delicious apples while the palate is rounded, dry and subtly restrained. Delicious as an aperitif, Pinot Grigio is a very fine complement for starters, ham, light soups, fish, white meats and strong cheeses.

PINOT-GRIGIO

12:00 PM - Malvasia

Pale straw yellow with greenish highlights. The subtly restrained palette of varietal aromatics is reminiscent of forest berry fruits. Velvety, dry, fresh and perky, the full-bodied palate reveals a hint of peach stones. This outstanding aperitif is equally at home with soups, risottos, lean or fatty fish, poultry and non-tangy cheese.

MALVASIA

11:57 AM - Friulano Isonzo

Pale straw yellow with greenish highlights. Friulano’s subtly understated signature aroma is redolent of nuts. The vibrant, fresh-tasting palate is dry, well rounded and veined with almondiness. An excellent aperitif and a fine companion for starters or fish but also very satisfying with soups or grilled white meats. Friulano is superb with prosciutto crudo, whether slightly smoked or simply air-cured.
